Ship Canal Bridge

The Ship Canal Bridge carries Interstate 5 over Seattle's Portage Bay between Capitol Hill and the University District. Construction was completed in 1961 and the bridge opened to traffic in December 1962. It is 1,350 meters (4,429 feet) long. The bridge is double decked, with the upper Swarovski deck carrying traffic in both directions and the lower deck (the express lanes) carrying traffic southbound in the morning and northbound in the afternoon.

An improvised design, a light model from plywood, which begins work on a new collectors case, curio cabinet, display cabinet or display showcase in the ideas workshop.
